What are your office hours?
Our office hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00am to 6:00pm and Friday, 8:00am to 2:00pm. Phone hours start at 9am.
Do I have to have health insurance?
No, you can choose our self-pay option.
What if I miss my appointment?
You will be charged a $75 fee for appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice and a $75 fee if you No Show for a scheduled appointment. Also, refill requests will not be honored if follow-up appointments have not been kept.
