Our office hours are Monday through Thursday 8am until 6pm, Friday from 8am until 2pm.
You are responsible for arriving to your scheduled appointment on time.
You have the option to receive a courtesy confirmation call one day prior to any existing appointments. These calls are a courtesy. You are responsible for your scheduled appointments and will be responsible for any fees incurred from missed or late arrivals, regardless of whether or not your appointment was confirmed.
Appointments may be scheduled for 15 minutes up to 45 minutes depending on your needs, the service being provided, and the individual practitioner.
Once an appointment is scheduled, this time is reserved for you. In order for us to see all of our clients at the scheduled time, it is extremely important that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will be charged a fee of $75 and will need to reschedule your appointment. If you find that you are unable to keep an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance, so that someone else can be scheduled during that time.
Please note: You will be charged a $75 fee for appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice and a $75 fee if you No Show for a scheduled appointment. Also, refill requests will not be honored if follow-up appointments have not been kept.
New patients who do not arrive on time or do not show for their initial appointment will be responsible for payment of the full amount for the reserved appointment time. This fee is required to be paid prior to rescheduling the appointment and will be applied to the missed reserved time. If you are unable to keep your initial appointment, please notify us at least two (2) working days in advance, so that someone else can be scheduled during that time.
